Achieving the "Perfect Relocation" for Our Customer is Our Ultimate Goal
As part of our ongoing quality assurance business practices we have achieved the world renowned ISO 9001:2015 registration. ISO Certification was achieved on May 1, 2002 and recertification on January 22, 2010. This designation guarantees standards of quality. As part of the ISO we are audited annually and continue to be awarded recertification.
TransferEASE considers a comprehensive Quality Assurance program to be critical to the overall effectiveness of our clients. We have established standards of performance and guarantee that the level of service required will be maintained at all times.
Our training is regulated through our Quality Assurance Manual which clearly describes policies for documentation requirements, control of records, management’s responsibility, auditing controls and delivery of service. Customer focus is our objective ensuring that customer requirements are determined and met with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction.
WBE Canada
We have been awarded the WBE Canada status as the only Women’s Business Entreprise in the Relocation Industry in Canada.
The quality of our certification has been noticed! Corporations in Canada and the USA have accepted it widely since our beginning in March 2009. Our rigorous process – built upon the WBENC model with their mentoring and guidance – will continue to be fine-tuned to ensure it always meets or exceeds the expectations of corporations with supplier diversity initiatives. This remains core to our operations!
