Carolyn Willer is the Vice President of Operations and Broker of Record for TransferEASE Relocation Inc. Her responsibilities include managing TransferEASE's operations throughout Canada, Cross Border and Internationally. She is also responsible for client relations, and overseeing the review and development of relocation policies for existing and new clients. She has assisted several major multinational corporate clients in writing policies, delivering presentations and developing and implementing the ‘TOTAL TRANSFER CARE’ relocation programs. Carolyn is bilingual and has more than 30 years of diverse relocation experience and has worked in relocation in Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto.
Carolyn Willer also holds the CRP and CERP designations, and has earned the Distinguished Service Award as well as the Meritorious Service Award from the Canadian CERC. She has her CHRM designation as well as her Adult Education-Staff Training and Development certification and serves on the Human resources Advisory Board at Seneca College. She is an active participant and has volunteered on several committees for the CERC.
